Two blade foil cutter is made in Italy. There are two levels on the cutting wheels 1/4" apart. The top level is for the flange style bottle and the lower is for all other style of bottle. Two anti-slip rollers firmly guide the cutting wheels for a good, even cut. Sold individually.
